LeadBolt is a technology platform only. We do not provide real estate, legal, financial, or lending services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LeadBolt. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LeadBolt to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or unlawful communications
- Engage in deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent conduct
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit malware or malicious code
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your communications comply with all applicable laws, including SMS, telemarketing, and consumer protection regulations.
5. SMS and Messaging Compliance
If you use LeadBolt to send SMS messages, you agree that:
- You have obtained proper and verifiable consent from recipients
- Messages comply with all carrier, industry, and legal requirements
- Opt out instructions (STOP) are honored immediately
- You will not send messages to recipients who have opted out
LeadBolt does not provide legal advice regarding messaging compliance. Responsibility for compliance rests solely with the user sending messages.
6. Third Party Services
LeadBolt may integrate with third party services such as messaging providers, email services, payment processors, or analytics tools. LeadBolt is not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of third party services.
Use of third party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and materials provided by LeadBolt are owned by LeadBolt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without prior written consent.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of LeadBolt is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of any data you submit through the platform. You grant LeadBolt a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Services.
9. Subscription Fees and Billing
Certain features may require payment. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the selected plan.
Fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated. LeadBolt may modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
10. Suspension and Termination
LeadBolt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

- Misuse the platform
- Engage in unlawful or abusive behavior
- Fail to pay required fees
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LeadBolt makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
LeadBolt does not guarantee business outcomes, lead conversion, or revenue results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadBolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
LeadBolt's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LeadBolt in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadBolt from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your communications, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
LeadBolt may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
